PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and e checks through PayPal. You do not have to be registered with them to make a payment. All your information is processed and protected through their secure servers. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone. For money orders and personal checks - Your purchases will not be shipped until the check clears which can take up to 10 days. Please be sure to print a copy of your checkout invoice and send along with payment for reference. All items not paid within 10 days after checkout will be relisted and offered for general sale. Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

All items are ship insured via USPS or FEDEX ground. We do not ship on holidays and weekends.

Alaska & Hawaii - Shipping outside the Continental US is also available. Additional charges may incur which will be invoiced separately via PayPal. These charges must be paid prior to shipping.

International Buyers - Please contact us for shipping quotes prior to purchasing. We generally ship all international orders via USPS. Please note that other items such as our vintage style signs are made of wood and therefore heavy. Shipping rates will be higher. If you are unsure, you may contact us for shipping quotes. Please be aware that international shipments may incur import taxes and duty fees upon arrival depending on the country's policies. You will be responsible for all import fees that may incur upon arrival. You may contact your local custom office to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to buy. I only accept PayPal payments from international buyers.

Combined Shipping -smaller items can be combined for shipping. Other items will be combine whenever possible.
Items we have in stock will ship within 3 business days. We will inform you immediately if there are changes in the schedule.
Made to order items from our Guest Artists category may take up to 3- 6 weeks for delivery.
If an item you order is backordered, we will inform you immediately with new shipping date. If you do not wish to wait, you may cancel your order and full refund will be returned to your valid PayPal account. A store credit can be given if requested as well.

RETURN POLICY

Custom orders, one of a kind items, handcrafted, and vintage pieces are NON RETURNABLE. Since all vintage and antique items are not always perfect, any flaws or damage will be disclosed through description . Please email us if you have any questions regarding a particular item before purchasing. New items may qualify for return if a mistake was made on our part. We will accept returns within 10 days of receipt. All returns must be in the original packaging and undamaged and must be accompanied by an authorization code which will be given to you when you contact us about returning your item(s).

LOSS OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be glad to file the insurance claim on your behalf and follow up to insure your refund is credited back to you. Please keep all original packaging box and item intact for their inspection and pick up. Failure to do so may result in your claims being rejected. In most cases, claims are resolved within 7 to 10 business days.
