It’s the way we do the distressing and aging process. We try to replicate the way the wood aged when exposed to the environment. The process takes time but it gives it a natural looking wear. Each sign is individually aged and hand distressed so no two pieces will be exactly the same. Do you accept custom order? TOP
Yes. Custom usually takes between 2 - 8 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of your request. We firmly believe that good design can not and should not be rushed. We will work closely with you to achieve a work of art especially made just for you. How much does it cost for custom sign? TOP
Prices will vary depending on size, phrase, and complexity of your request. Price usually starts from 19.99 and can go up to $250. We will give you a price quote with no obligation to buy. What is your turn around time? TOP
We try to ship all items within 2 - 4 weeks. Please keep in mind that these signs are hand cut, individually aged and hand distressed to give each an authentic "vintage" or "antique" look. This process takes time. We take pride in our design and craftsmanship and firmly believe in QUALITY. Do you use new wood? How come it looks so old? TOP
Yes, we only use new wood to make our signs. The process of making the wood to look "old", "weathered" or make it seem like the paint had flaked off takes time. We created our very own techniques of doing this and the process remain a secret. Can I request a sign in a different color? TOP
Our signs are MADE TO ORDER and yes you can request any signs in a different color. We usually make our signs in very subtle and neutral colors (cream, black, white, cottage green, aqua blue, and pale pink). These are the colors we think will match any style of décor. Are these signs for interior use only? TOP
Yes. All signs we make are for interior only unless requested otherwise.
